Exciting News: Bluestone Acres Goes Solar with the Support of Destination BC
We are thrilled to share that Bluestone Acres has been awarded a $14,000 micro-grant through Destination BC’s BC Tourism Climate Resiliency Initiative! This incredible opportunity is helping us take significant steps towards sustainability and energy efficiency on our off-grid Viking-themed farm.
Thanks to this funding, we are embarking on a solar energy project that aligns perfectly with our commitment to environmental stewardship. Not only will this initiative reduce our reliance on non-renewable energy sources, but it will also enhance the experience for our guests as they immerse themselves in the serene, eco-friendly beauty of the Wells Gray Region.
