This cabin is an off-grid wonder, equipped with a bathroom with a working composting toilet and shower with grey water utilized for irrigation on the farm. It also boasts a full kitchen with a hot plate, and a fridge, all powered by renewable energy not electricity. You'll have plenty of space and comfort for you and your family, as well as a stunning view of the woods and the river.You'll also enjoy the Viking perks we offer, such as a private sitting area, a fire pit, and picnic table This cabin is the ultimate luxury for Vikings who want to rule the forest. AMENITIES
Private Entrance
The Skogly Cabin has it's own private entrance with a locking front door as it is a fully contained off-grid Cabin. It also boasts the most sq ft of land usage around the cabin where tents can be added for larger families.
Parking
Parking is available at the gate. You and your gear will be transported to your forest cabin via 4x4 vehicle. If you have a 4x4 you can make special arrangements to drive your gear to the cabin but vehicles are not permitted in the Village at night.
2 Queen Beds
1 Queen Sized Spring Coil Bed and 1 Futon fold out bed with memory foam topper if desired. Extra Cots and Air Mattresses available for rental.
Private Bathroom
The Skogly is the only cabin in the village that has it's own bathroom with a composting toilet and gravity fed shower. ( heated)
Fully equipped off-grid kitchen
The Skogly cabin comes equipped with a stove top, fridge and a sink and prep area inside the cabin. The cabin is also outfitted with dishes, cooking ware and cutlery.
Forest and River Views
Private and secluded forest and river views. The loft bedroom has a large window to view the natural beauty for hours. There is no need to get out of bed!

The Skogly Cabin is an off-grid cabin and Seasonal but can be rented during Christmas by special request.
